The hotel has a well established spa, a rooftop pool, an award winning restaurant serving wholesome pure vegetarian food. To do away with the dust-prone ducts of centralized air-conditioning, the property has individual air conditioning units that ensure a steady supply of fresh, ionized air to help maintain dust free environs for guests.

We would like to highlight some negative aspects of our Hotel as perceived by our guests. Our intention is to avoid unpleasant surprises and ensure our guests know what to expect and what not to expect during their stay at Sai Vishram Hotel, Bangalore.

    No Non-Veg Food, No Alcohol Permitted, No Aerated Drinks, No Smoking: This is one of the first and most common complaints which our guests have. Ironically, it is also the core concept of our group of Hotels and Resorts. The fact that we have adhered to this concept for the past 14 years, facing the financial challenges that comes with it, shows the grit and determination of the promoters in providing a clean, healthy and safe option for the business traveller. A large portion of Business travellers who visit us are married men and women with families. They choose to stay with us because of the confidence they have in us, that no matter what, we will not compromise on our principles even in difficult times. They know and more importantly, their families know, that their spouses are staying in a safe environment. We value this sentiment of our patrons and apologise sincerely for inconveniences caused to the few guests.
    We do not allow visitors into the rooms: As part of the above mentioned policy of providing a safe and clean environment, we do not permit resident guests to entertain friends or acquaintances in their room. During our interactions with law enforcement authorities, we learnt about illegal activities and proactively work with them to ensure such activities do not occur in our facility. We have provided a comfortable lobby and small meeting rooms and even offer complimentary beverages as a courtesy to our guests.
    Service is Slow: Some of our guests have complained that the service is slow during our buffet lunches. This is usually experienced when our 106 guest capacity restaurant gets full and there are an equal number of guests waiting. We invariably get requests by individuals and that takes a little time. Since it is a working lunch, the patience levels of guests aren’t as much as it is elsewhere. We try to inform the guest about approximate time taken for the delivery of such orders.
    Inconvenient Location: While we are centrally located between the Electronic City and the Bommasandra Industrial Area, we are about 16 km away from the CBD. The reviews and reputation of our restaurant & spa attracts many guests from the city. Hence the opinion.

      Other Shortcomings:

        As part of our policy, we encourage fresh graduates from hospitality institutes. We provide a platform for real time training and gaining experience to advance their future in the hospitality industry. As a result, not all our staff possess the finesse of experienced staff. We apologise and hope that our guests will understand that they are also helping a cause with their patience.
        We have our share of days when there are minor issues with room snacks, items in the buffet, room service, housekeeping, front desk or the bell boys. Rest assured that the management is keeping a close watch on quality and service issues and are taking corrective measures promptly.

The property does not have charges on account of cancellation due to personal exigencies. However, the amount paid for the booking will not be returned. A credit note will be issued which the guest can use for future bookings, within the current financial year ~ subject to rates and room availability. The credit note can be transferred to friend and family based on written confirmation from the original guest.

We offer a unique experience to our guests by ensuring there are no televisions, telephones, calling bells, newspapers or room service. This encourages families to use the room only when it is essential, and spend most of their holiday with each other, and keep busy with fun filled outdoor activities. Our guests can enjoy our complete range of hot, fresh food in our common dining facility, interacting with other like minded guests in an outdoorish, sea facing environment.
Our tents, cottages and rooms are air-conditioned, with attached bathrooms, with 24 x 7 hot water and power. Linen, basic toiletries and house keeping services are provided. We even provide laundry services on request.
None of our units have televisions, telephones or calling bells. This is our way to assure you complete privacy. For those who prefer their sea breeze au naturel, we recommend our tents and the adjacent mud hut, which have ample window coverage to extract the most ventilation possible, while preserving the splendid view. We also have several non-A/C cottages and step-cottages located a short uphill walk away! Set on a gentle hillside, yet a minute’s walk from the beach, our A/C cottages are unique and each one offers a different take on the tradition coastal architecture. Embellished with several local touches in the form of paintings, murals and objects d’art, your senses will have plenty to feast on!

Standard Room | Lower Estate House

The ground floor Standard Room is well suited for a couple or a small family of three with all the basic necessities ergonomically arranged in a capacious room. It has tiled floor and a wooden ceiling that adds to the ambience along with the simple wooden furniture and decor. There is a king sized bed, table, wardrobe and sofas in the room that add to the convenience. The attached bathroom is well equipped with basic amenities and toiletries along with separate shower area.

Deluxe Room | Lower Estate House

The Deluxe Room on the ground floor is spacious and comfortable, equipped with simple furniture like a king-sized bed, wardrobe, table and sofas, apt for a couple or a small family of three to stay comfortably. The room is clean and well maintained with crisp linen, and the attached bathroom is spacious with modern amenities, basic toiletries as well as a separate shower stall.

Standard Room | Upper Estate House

The first-floor Standard Room is a spacious area with simple yet comfortable furniture complementing the tasteful decor. A king-size bed dominates the space along with other basic necessities like a table, chairs, sofa and a wardrobe. With tiled floors and wooden roof, the room has its own balcony that looks out to a refreshing view of the plantations. With a well-equipped bathroom attached, this room can comfortably accommodate a group of 2-3 guests.

Deluxe Room | Upper Estate House

The Deluxe room on the first floor boasts of amazing views of the plantation from its balcony, making it a perfect choice for a couple or small family of three who loves being close to nature. The capacious room is equipped with a king size bed and furniture like a wardrobe, table and sofas. The wooden roof and the tiled floor add to the elegant look of the room along with the tasteful decor. The attached baths have ample space with modern fittings, toiletries and a separate shower area too.
